Qrdy Frames — Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 May 2026
1. About Qrdy Frames
Qrdy Frames (“Qrdy Frames”, the “Service”) is a web application operated at https://reels.qrdyai.com by Qrdy (qrdynamic.xyz, qrdyai.com). Qrdy Frames lets a Qrdy creator render a short showcase reel from their own Canva frame designs and publish it to their connected TikTok account with one click.
These Terms govern use of Qrdy Frames specifically. The broader Qrdy end-user terms apply alongside this document and are available at qrdynamic.xyz/terms. By using Qrdy Frames you agree to both.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Qrdy Frames is intended for users who have created frame designs in the Qrdy product suite. To publish to TikTok, a creator must connect their own TikTok account via OAuth. Qrdy Frames does not create TikTok accounts and does not act on behalf of any account without the account holder’s explicit OAuth consent. Users must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
By using Qrdy Frames you agree NOT to:
- Upload, render, or publish content you do not own or do not have the rights to share;
- Use Qrdy Frames to post content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, including spam, harassment, hateful content, misinformation, or copyright-infringing material;
- Attempt to bypass the per-account rate limit, automate unauthorised access, or use Qrdy Frames to mass-post identical content;
- Misrepresent the origin of content posted through Qrdy Frames.
Qrdy Frames may suspend or terminate access for any user that violates these terms.
4. Content ownership
Creators retain all rights to the frame designs and reels they create and publish through Qrdy Frames. By using Qrdy Frames a creator grants Qrdy Frames a limited, non-exclusive licence to render, store, and transmit their selected frames and generated reels solely for the purpose of providing the Service (rendering and uploading to the creator’s connected TikTok account). Once a reel is posted to TikTok, TikTok’s own terms govern that content on the TikTok platform.
5. Third-party platforms
Qrdy Frames integrates with TikTok via TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API. It also relies on hosting (Railway) and data storage (MongoDB Atlas, Redis). Use of those platforms through Qrdy Frames is subject to their own terms of service. Qrdy Frames does not control how third-party platforms handle data submitted through their APIs.
6. TikTok-specific disclosures
Before publishing a reel to TikTok, the creator confirms inside Qrdy Frames that by posting they agree to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, TikTok’s Branded Content Policy. If a reel contains commercial content, the creator is responsible for enabling the appropriate disclosure toggle (“Your brand” or “Branded content”) before submitting the post.
7. Disclaimer
Qrdy Frames is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. Qrdy makes no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, successful publish to TikTok, or fitness for any particular purpose. Successful posting to TikTok depends on TikTok’s API availability and acceptance policies, which are outside Qrdy Frames’ control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrdy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a creator’s use of, or inability to use, Qrdy Frames, including but not limited to lost profits, removed or rejected TikTok posts, or data loss.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, consistent with the broader Qrdy Terms of Service.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The current version of the Qrdy Frames Terms of Service is always available at https://reels.qrdyai.com/terms. Material changes will be announced inside Qrdy Frames before they take effect.
